Delete your data
How to remove your data from CO-MSG
CO-MSG lets you delete the data associated with your connected social accounts at any time. There are three ways to do it:
1. Disconnect inside CO-MSG
Open Social Studio → Accounts, and click Disconnect on any account. This immediately removes that account and its stored access token from CO-MSG.
2. Remove the app from Facebook
In Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find CO-MSG, and remove it. Facebook notifies us and we automatically delete the access tokens and connected-account records tied to your Facebook identity.
3. Email us
Send a request to contact@co-msg.com from your account email and we will delete your connected social data and confirm.
For deletion of your entire CO-MSG account (not just social data), email contact@co-msg.com.
