These terms govern your use of CO-MSG at co-msg.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
CO-MSG is a team workspace for chat, meetings, projects, HR and social media management. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the organization you represent. You may register or sign in with Google; if you do, you authorize us to receive your basic Google profile (name, email, picture) to create and access your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected social accounts
When you connect a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Instagram), you authorize CO-MSG to access and act on the accounts you select — for example to publish posts and read insights — on your behalf. You must comply with each platform's own terms and policies, and you confirm you have the right to manage the accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use CO-MSG to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or violate a connected platform's policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose. You can change or cancel your plan from your workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Your content
You own the content you create and publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (such as storing and transmitting your content to the platforms you publish to).
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CO-MSG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using CO-MSG at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
