Who can do this

Anyone on a plan that includes Meetings. Free workspaces do not have it.

Before you start

  • A Teams plan or above.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Schedule a meeting

Open Meetings and click New meeting. Give it a title, a day and a time, add the people, and choose a Google Meet or Zoom link. Everyone invited is notified.

  2. 2

Run it and capture the notes

Join from the meeting or from the channel it belongs to. Switch on AI notes and you get a summary and action items at the end, without anyone typing during the call.

  3. 3

    Publish your booking page

In Meetings, open Booking settings. Pick a link name, the meeting length, and how much notice you need. Save it and you get a public address like co-msg.com/book/your-name.

  4. 4

    Set your working hours

Choose the days and hours you accept bookings. Free slots are worked out from those hours minus anything already in your calendar here, so you can never be double-booked.

  5. 5

    Send the link

Put it in your email signature or a proposal. Visitors see your free slots in their own timezone, with no account and no login. They pick one, leave their name and email, and it is booked.

  6. 6

    Handle the booking

A booking creates a real call in your calendar, a private channel for it, and an invitation you have already accepted. The client gets a confirmation with a link to cancel.

Worth knowing

  • Set a minimum notice period. Without one, someone can book you for ten minutes from now.
  • Times on the public page are always rendered in the visitor's own timezone, so you never have to do the arithmetic in an email.
  • Booking pages are deliberately kept out of search results — they are public but personal.

Common questions

Can a client book a time I am already busy?

No. Slots are computed against your scheduled calls at the moment the page loads, and the booking is re-checked before it is confirmed.

Can I change my booking link?

Yes, from Booking settings. The old address stops working immediately, so update anywhere you have shared it.

What if the client needs to cancel?

The confirmation email carries a cancel link. Cancelling frees the slot and tells you.
